Choose a document in your pdfFiller account and click signNow.

Add as many signers as you need and enter their email addresses. Move the toggle Set a signing order to enable or disable sending your document in a specific order.
Note: you can change the default signer name (e.g. Signer 1) by clicking on it.

Click Assign fields to open your document in the pdfFiller editor, add fillable fields, and assign them to each signer.
Note: to switch between recipients click Select recipients.
Click SAVE > DONE to proceed with your signature invite settings.

Select Invite settings to add CC recipients and set up the completion settings.
Click Send invite to send your document or Save invite to save it for future use.

Too many going back and forth tasks to complete a form. You need to make this more friendly for the user not experienced. Make it like MS Word with what is available from the subscription, as for example: when I needed to use the eraser, it brought me to a screen to purchase to get, even though I have a monthly subscription. Not fair.

A Great Source for Reference As soon as I came across PDFFiller I immediately subscribed. Any time I need to make a fake document for a Movie or TV show I go right to the site and look up what I'm trying to mimic. 9 times out of 10 I find what I need. I love PDFfiller because it provides me with a wealth of real life uploaded document references for any design I may be trying to mimic. The search feature could be a little better.

Go to the Page Layout tab. Click the Watermark button in the Page Background group. Select Custom Watermark (at the bottom of the shortcut menu). Select the Text watermark option. Change the Text field to DRAFT. Click OK.
You can do the following: On a page where you do see the watermark, double-click the header to activate header/footer view. Press Ctrl+A to select everything in the header. If no text has been added, that will select the empty paragraph to which the object is anchored. You should now see the watermark on all pages.
On the Design tab, select Watermark. In the Insert Watermark dialog, select Text and either type your own watermark text or select one, like DRAFT, from the list. Then, customize the watermark by setting the font, layout, size, colors, and orientation. Select OK.
Scroll to the specified page you will add background image in, and click View > One Page to show the whole page in the screen. Click Insert > Shapes > Rectangle as below screenshot shown, and then draw a rectangle covering the whole page.
Go to Insert. Choose Shapes. Choose a square to insert. Extend it to the full page and give it its color properties as you wish.
