Choose a document in your pdfFiller account and click signNow.

Add as many signers as you need and enter their email addresses. Move the toggle Set a signing order to enable or disable sending your document in a specific order.
Note: you can change the default signer name (e.g. Signer 1) by clicking on it.

Click Assign fields to open your document in the pdfFiller editor, add fillable fields, and assign them to each signer.
Note: to switch between recipients click Select recipients.
Click SAVE > DONE to proceed with your signature invite settings.

It worked great in a pinch, but given the cost and how often you may or may not need something like this, I wonder if it'd be cheaper to buy a program to use rather than to keep this going on a monthly basis. I think it really depends on your individual needs. Though, when I needed something typed and there was no fillable version, this site was a lifesaver!

W4 Allowances You claim one allowance for yourself if you're being claimed as a dependent on anyone else's tax return. You then add more allowances as you go down a list of conditions. For example, if you're single with only one job, or married to a non-working spouse, you add another allowance.
A single person who lives alone and has only one job should place a 1 in part A and B on the worksheet giving them a total of 2 allowances. A married couple with no children, and both having jobs should claim one allowance each. You can use the Two Earners/Multiple Jobs worksheet on page 2 to help you calculate this.

Claiming allowances The W-4 is based on the idea of “allowances.” The more allowances you claim, the less money your employer will withhold for taxes. You get one allowance for yourself, one for your spouse and one for each dependent you report on your tax return.
What Is a Withholding Allowance? The total number of allowances you are claiming is important the more tax allowances you claim, the less income tax will be withheld from a paycheck. The fewer allowances you claim, the more tax will be withheld.
Practically speaking, claiming 0 withholding allowances on a W-4 means that your employer will withhold the maximum amount of income taxes from your paycheck. Do not get that statement confused with 'you will pay more taxes'.
While claiming one allowance on your W-4 means your employer will take less money out of your paycheck for federal taxes, it does not impact how many taxes you'll actually owe. Depending on your income and any deductions or credits that apply to you, you may receive a tax refund or have to pay a difference.
