This is an amazing program! How many times we all have to fill out forms, even if they are pdf forms available for downloading on line) and wish we could just fill them in with the keyboard instead of printing out a hard copy and THEN handwriting our responses. PDFfiller allows you to save a pdf and then fill it in so easily. There are also a lot of options for checking boxes, circling responses, highlighting, enlarging or shrinking text size, etc. The program is user-friendly, easy to follow, print, download to your own computer and save. Just a GREAT addition to my tools. I also get such positive feedback whenever I submit a requested form---they are delighted to have READABLE information.

Below is a list of the most common customer questions. If you can’t find an answer to your question, please don’t hesitate to reach out to us.
Clearly communicate expectations. Provide employees with the tools, training, and information they need to succeed. Offer regular, timely, and constructive feedback. Be reasonable and fair when evaluating performance. Recognize successes and achievements.

Ask them what their issues are and change the appraisal so they would agree to sign it. Tell them they will face discipline for not signing it, so they better just go ahead and do it now. Just fire them on the spot for their gross insubordination. Say, Fine, don't sign it, and leave it at that.
If you're the employee, and you don't agree with your performance appraisal, ask if you can write a reply. If you're the manager, don't be intimidated by the request. I know this is easier said than done. But remember the goal of a performance review: to improve performance.
Acknowledge any valid criticism and talk about your plan to improve. Then bring up things you feel are inaccurate, using clear examples that back this up. Be willing to change your mind.
Adjust the wording. Employees may be more likely to sign the document if they understand exactly what they're signing. Ask for a rebuttal. Document the refusal. Get a witness.
Unfortunately, by not signing the write-up or bad evaluation, you may actually be giving your employer cause, meaning a reason, to terminate you. Not following an instruction of your employer can be considered insubordination, and insubordination is grounds for termination.
Lose your temper no matter how angry you feel. Cry regardless of how sad you are. Blame your coworkers. Make excuses.
There is no legal requirement to carry out appraisals, but most employers have a yearly or twice-yearly review process. A good appraisal should be a two-way process, where you are encouraged to speak honestly and openly about your job.
Be a Team Player. During your positive performance appraisal, it's important to be humble and show gratitude. Ask for Specific Examples. Request More Responsibility. Plan Your Next Career Move.
Identify the problem. Meet with the employee and clarify the issue. Create your warning letter and include all the performance issues you've considered. Give the employee the warning notice and make sure you receive a signature to confirm receipt.
Address the concerned employee in the letter. State the issue you want to address in the letter. Explain the corrective measures for their behavior or, their poor performance. State why you want him/her to take actions on their behavior or, improve their performances positively.
When the Employee Still Refuses to Sign Tell the employee that failure to sign the document represents misconduct, which is a fire-able offense. If the employee refuses, terminate them on the spot and begin drafting termination paperwork.
Steps To Take When An Employee Refuses to Sign A Disciplinary Notice. Employees often refuse to sign disciplinary actions, but they are more likely to sign if the notices are presented and worded in the right way. You want their signature as proof that they received the discipline for their behavior.
Take a Breather. When you receive negative comments, your instinct may be to give your critic a piece of your mind. Stay Calm. Don't Act Up. If You Disagree, Say So. Learn from Your Mistakes. Come Up with an Improvement Plan. Consider Talking to HR. Analyse Your Review.
