The experience was interesting. I would recommend the company to others but I would make sure that the price is up front before purchase is made. I misunderstood the price of the product. But Again I would recommend the company just for the fact that they are very helpful.

Paul was fantastic Paul was fantastic. I have been chatting with several other people since April 3 and no one could figure this problem out. I was emailed that this issue had been referred to technical support and they could not provide adequate assistance. As I am not computer friendly, Paul was very helpful. He was very patient with me. I am extremely grateful to him for resolving this issue.

Below is a list of the most common customer questions. If you can’t find an answer to your question, please don’t hesitate to reach out to us.
'pre-VIP' inspections are not required by regulation — all that is required is that the driver is satisfied that the equipment is safe to operate. The best way to determine that is by doing a PRE trip inspection. Even a post trip inspection is not required.
Guidance: Section 396.11(a) requires every driver to prepare a DVR at the completion of each day's work on each vehicle operated. A driver who operates two or more vehicles in a 24-hour-period must prepare a DVR at the completion of the tour of duty in each vehicle.
If you check everything you should be checking, a full inspection should take you approximately 30 to 50 minutes. The key to a good inspection is to take your time while working your way systematically around each section of your vehicle and performing each check fully.
Section 37.22 (6) states that drivers must complete a post-trip inspection of the vehicle at the end of the final trip of the day, or where a trip lasts more than one day, on every subsequent day of the trip at the final rest stop of the day.
A good pre-trip inspection keeps the driver from leaving your facility with a vehicle that has an existing problem. A good post-trip inspection gives the shop time to react to a problem that has been identified and to correct it before the truck goes back out on the road.
Many motor carriers require drivers to complete the DVR for all post-trip inspections as a best practice and safety management control to: Document that a post-trip inspection was conducted, Minimize the risk of operating unsafe vehicles, and. Protect their Vehicle Maintenance BASIC score.
