I love PDF filler overall. It is a little cumbersome for my purposes because I'm printing out documents for patients while they are seated in front of me. The pages take time to load. Maybe that is my computer. I have to click several times to get to the final print link. But, I like the ease of editing documents.

For pdfFiller’s FAQs

Below is a list of the most common customer questions. If you can’t find an answer to your question, please don’t hesitate to reach out to us.
You should write the word Quote or Quotation at the top of the page. Quotation body Describe the proposed goods or services and provide pricing information. Quotation footer Include the total amount of all items, tax amount, and validity of the quote. Offer a call-to-action such as their signature.
Estimates are a rough idea of price. They should be used as an initial GUIDE PRICE ONLY. Quotes are legally binding and should ONLY be used when you are certain of the costs involved. NEVER label a written estimate as a 'Quote' You can be held to the figure provided.
No a quote is not a legally binding contract, it is just one step in the formation of a legally binding contract, for which you need to show v. the capacity/authority to enter into the agreement.
Perhaps it should go without saying, but quotation marks are for quoting people. Quoting doesn't mean summarizing or paraphrasing; it means repeating exactly what someone said. If you put double quotes around a phrase, your reader will often assume that someone, somewhere, said that exact phrase or sentence.
Quotation marks around single words can occasionally be used for emphasis, but only when quoting a word or term someone else used. Usually, this implies that the author doesn't agree with the use of the term. When quotation marks are put around a word in this way, they are called scare quotes.
Quoting a portion of dialogue: If you quote something a character says, use double quotation marks on the outside ends of the quotation to indicate that you are quoting a portion of the text. Use single quotation marks inside the double quotation marks to indicate that someone is speaking.
When the quote is attached to your brand, for example using a company motto or slogan is perfectly fine to use in an email signature as it is a part of your branding. If you are emailing from a personal email account that is not associated with your work, and the email you are sending is going to friends and/or family.
Start the quotation on a new line, with the entire quote indented ½ inch from the left margin while maintaining double-spacing. Your parenthetical citation should come after the closing punctuation mark. When quoting verse, maintain original line breaks. (You should maintain double-spacing throughout your essay.)
Cite the source of the quote--article, book, e-book, video, or website. Visit the APA Help guide to see examples. Click on References and In-text Citation Examples. Find the source type used to see examples.

If you start by telling who said it, use a comma and then the first quotation mark. If you put the quote first and then tell who said it, use a comma at the end of the sentence, and then the second quotation mark. Punctuation always goes inside the quotation marks if it is a direct quote.
INTEGRATING QUOTATIONS FROM SOURCES. Problem. VARY THE VERBS USED TO SIGNAL QUOTATIONS. INTEGRATE PART OF THE QUOTATION INTO YOUR COMPLETE SENTENCE. WRITE A COMPLETE SENTENCE STATING YOUR CLAIM OR OBSERVATION, and follow with a colon and the quotation. FOLLOW THE QUOTATION WITH ONE OR MORE SENTENCES THAT COMMENT ON.
Long quotations For quotations that are more than four lines of prose or three lines of verse, place quotations in a free-standing block of text and omit quotation marks. Start the quotation on a new line, with the entire quote indented ½ inch from the left margin while maintaining double-spacing.
