I couldn't print directly so I followed instructions for converting document into PDF file on my computer - smooth sailing after that. I like the paper trail of all activities with forms - very helpful to review My Account and see what I have done.

A little overwhelming at first. Trying to send to a client to fill out a form but it seems a little difficult. A webinar would be nice. I am going through the FAQ with some success.

A signature block is the text surrounding a signature, that gives that signature context and provides additional information. Signature blocks often contain the name of the party, the names and titles of people (either entities or human beings) signing on behalf of that party, and contact information for that party.
Name, title and company. Your name tells the reader who sent the email. Contact information. Your contact information should include your business website. Social links. Logo (optional). Photo (optional). Responsive design. Legal requirements.
The By in front of the signature line indicates that the person executing the contract is signing on the corporation's behalf.
By Angie Beal An e-mail signature is a block of text that is appended to the end of an e-mail message you send. Generally, a signature is used to provide the recipient with your name, e-mail address, business contact information, or Website URL.
The key elements of a professional email signature include your name, title, company and phone number. You may also include an address and your company's website. But don't include your email address that's redundant and unnecessary.
A signature block is a block of text automatically appended at the bottom of an e-mail message, Usenet article, or forum post. It is common practice for a signature block to consist of one or more lines containing some brief information on the author of the message.
Items in the Building Blocks Organiser are stored in a special template called Building Blocks. Dotx. Because this template is separate from the templates that you used to create documents, it means that building blocks are available to use in any document that you create.
By default, building blocks other than Attest will be stored in your building blocks file. This file is “Building Blocks. dotx." In Word 2010 and later this file is stored in a version-specific, language-specific folder inside the 1033 folder.
Click where you want to insert the building block. On the Insert tab, in the Text group, click Quick Parts, and then click Building Blocks Organizer. Click Insert. Make your changes to the building block. Select the revised text.
