Below is a list of the most common customer questions. If you can’t find an answer to your question, please don’t hesitate to reach out to us.
Know how to Nail the Quote for Value and Profit. Don't Compete on Price Alone. Prepare a Written Estimate. The Right Quote Wins the Job. Closing the Deal.
Step 1: Write Necessary Information of Both Parties. Step 2: Present Needed Cleaning Services. Step 3: Indicate the Price of Each Cleaning Work. Step 4: Total the Amount of the Cleaning Service Provision. Step 5: Present Terms and Conditions.
To give a customer an estimate, add the times for the areas given by the customer, divide those times by 60 to get how long it will take to clean and multiply that number by your hourly rate. For example, 200/60 = 3.33 x $30 = $100. The number you get will be the amount you charge your customer.
Your brand is the perception customers have about your company and the experience customers have when they do business with you. Every cleaning business has a brand, even if they don't know it (and even if they don't have a logo). Your company's brand is what makes you unique and stand out from the competition.
Quote the potential client your hourly rate, give them a ballpark range of hours, track your hours, and bill them for the total. Remember to track your time for discovery, research, client communication, project management, phone calls, meetings, file preparation, design, development, etc. Use a three-pronged approach.
Restate how you can solve their problem and repeat what they ask you for. Clearly tell them how much you want to charge and its perfectly ok to answer back at an hourly rate or a flat fee. Include specific design examples relevant to their project.
Open Gmail. In the top right, click Settings. In the "Signature" section, add your signature text in the box.
That's true even if you have an email signature. Adding a closing like Regards or Sincerely before your name is a polite way to end a message. CONSIDER YOUR RELATIONSHIP WITH THE RECIPIENT You should stick to professional email closings when corresponding with anyone related to your job search.
Write your signature on a piece of paper. Using a scanner, insert the piece of paper and scan it, saving it as a . gif, . png or . jpg. Open your email client and insert your saved image. Using your email client's image tools, crop the scanned signature and scale it down to size.
Introduce the quotation with a complete sentence and a colon. Use an introductory or explanatory phrase, but not a complete sentence, separated from the quotation with a comma. Make the quotation a part of your own sentence without any punctuation between your own words and the words you are quoting.
If the quotation runs more than four lines in your typed text, indent the quotation one inch from the left margin, omit quotation marks, and place the passage-ending period before the in-text citation. Introduce quotation with a comma, unless the word that follows the signal verb (no comma).

To put a quote in an essay, incorporate it directly into a sentence if it's shorter than 4 typed lines. For example, you could write "According to researchers," and then insert the quote. If a quote is longer than 4 typed lines, set it off from the rest of the paragraph, and don't put quotes around it.
If you are quoting someone word-for-word or using someone else's ideas or statistics in your writing, you will need to reference it within the body of your work. Work the author's surname or organisation's name, the year of publication and the page number into the paragraph you are writing.
