Great tool in a pinch! The google chrome extension worked really well since you can't just click on something in drive and easily open it - and I've had issues with Adobe for some time. This software did what I needed it to do multiple times. This is typically slow to open, and saving & retrieving files is a bit clunky.

Below is a list of the most common customer questions. If you can’t find an answer to your question, please don’t hesitate to reach out to us.
A service level agreement (SLA) is an agreement between an IT Service provider and a customer. There are three types of service level agreements that can be documented. Before defining ITIL service level requirements and agreeing on the service levels through SLA, the most appropriate SLA structure must be designed.
A service-level agreement (SLA) is a contract between a service provider and its customers that documents what services the provider will furnish and defines the service standards the provider is obligated to meet.
A software service level agreement (SLA) is a contract between your business and your IT supplier. The SLA outlines acceptable levels of service as well as compensation you would receive if the supplier fails to provide those services.
SLA. Stands for Service Level Agreement. Basically, an SLA is the minimum level of service that a carrier will deliver to you per your agreement. It is not a guarantee or an assurance that you will get that service. It means that when the service dips below that level, you can open a repair ticket.
A service level agreement (SLA) is an agreement between an IT Service provider and a customer. For instance, you are a customer of a bank and the bank provides services to you. For example, the bank will allow you to withdraw money from an ATM and the transaction will last no longer than 10 seconds.
A service-level agreement (SLA) is a contract between a service provider and its customers that documents what services the provider will furnish and defines the service standards the provider is obligated to meet.
A Service Level Agreement (SLA) is an agreement or contract between an organization and their service provider that details the obligations and expectations of the relationship. The SLA functions as a blueprint of the service the provider will provide, and can protect your organization's assets and reputation.
SLA and KPI are elements of business process management, which is abbreviated as BPM. SLA stands for service level agreement. KPI stands for key performance indicator. They both pertain to monitoring specific measurements of the performance of your business. The difference between them is when they're most useful.
Make Sure the Contract You're Signing Is the Contract You Agreed to Sign. Date the Contract. Make Sure Both Parties Sign the Contract. Make Sure Any Last Minute Changes to the Contract Are Initialed. The Parties Must Sign the Contract in Their Correct Capacity. Make Sure the Other Party Has Authority to Sign the Contract.
In business, contracts are important because they outline expectations for both parties, protect both parties if those expectations aren't met and lock in the price that will be paid for services.
Signing a contract means you're agreeing to the terms within, including, of course, what end of the bargain you're holding up. Verbal contracts can, in some cases, be legally binding, though if you want to protect yourself, it's obviously a great idea to put it in writing.
The simple reason to have a written agreement with your attorney is to make sure that both parties to the contract know what is going on. Most disputes that arise between lawyers and their clients are about money, whether it is how much the attorney is owed, or how much the client is owed as a refund.
executed contract. A contract document signed by all parties to it.
It may depend on how the quote was given. Generally, a quote that you agreed to would constitute a contract and would be legally binding, whether given in writing or verbally. As long as an offer and acceptance is made or implied then any breach of contract can be legally disputed.
A contract would normally end when the terms of the contract are completed. A document does not expire when the notary commission expires or if the notary dies. If it was notarized while the notary was in good standing, the notarization is valid.
