Choose a document in your pdfFiller account and click signNow.

Add as many signers as you need and enter their email addresses. Move the toggle Set a signing order to enable or disable sending your document in a specific order.
Note: you can change the default signer name (e.g. Signer 1) by clicking on it.

Click Assign fields to open your document in the pdfFiller editor, add fillable fields, and assign them to each signer.
Note: to switch between recipients click Select recipients.
Click SAVE > DONE to proceed with your signature invite settings.

Those delegates deliberated on the basis of proposals worked out by the representatives of China, the Soviet Union, the United Kingdom and the United States at Lumberton Oaks, United States in August-October 1944. The Charter was signed on 26 June 1945 by the representatives of the 50 countries.
The United Nations officially came into existence on 24 October 1945, when the Charter had been ratified by China, France, the Soviet Union, the United Kingdom, the United States and by a majority of other signatories.
Just over a week later, on August 8, President Truman signed the UN Charter. It was an eventful day, yet the signing did not receive as much publicity as the two other events that day. The first one was the establishment of an International Military Tribunal for War Crimes in Europe.
On 1 January 1942, representatives of 26 Allied nations fighting against the Axis Powers met in Washington, D.C. to pledge their support for the Atlantic Charter by signing the “Declaration by United Nations".
Afterwards the Indian delegation led by Sir Argot Ramaswamy Mudaliar signed the United Nations Charter on behalf of India during the historic United Nations Conference on International Organization held in San Francisco, United States on 26 June 1945.
To get them to sign, click on your charter (which needs to be in your backpack) with the person selected and click on 'Request Signature'. After 9 signatures, go back to the guild master, give it to him, and you have a guild.
If you have multiple accounts yourself, you can use those to sign your own guild charter, but the caveat is they can't be starter edition accounts, the licenses must have active game time on them (starter accounts can't join guilds, therefore they can't sign charters — found that out when I did my own alt guild!).
If you create a guild charter with the name you want, is the name automatically reserved? When you go to first make a guild, as in type in the name for it before even getting the charter, it will tell you the guild name is unavailable if it's been formed already.
