All good. However it would be nice to be able to move the type up and down when placed on the page rather than have to keep placing the type symbol in a spot where you think it will fit on the line.

For pdfFiller’s FAQs

Below is a list of the most common customer questions. If you can’t find an answer to your question, please don’t hesitate to reach out to us.
To discern the key components of informed consent, you need to understand the ethical issues of research involving human subjects. The principles of autonomy, beneficence, and justice are basic to these ethical issues and merit your consideration.
The ethical principles of self-determination and autonomy govern the practice of informed consent. A patient's right to shared decision-making and assent prior to invasive procedures, therapeutic interventions, and research projects is protected by law.
What is meant by valid consent? For consent to be valid, it must be given voluntarily and freely, without pressure or undue influence, by an appropriately informed person who has the capacity to consent to the intervention in question.
The basic difference between consent and informed consent is the patients' knowledge behind the consent decision. The amount of information required to make consent informed may vary depending on complexity and risks of treatment as well as the patient's wishes.
Valid informed consent for research must include three major elements: (1) disclosure of information, (2) competency of the patient (or surrogate) to make a decision, and (3) voluntary nature of the decision. US federal regulations require a full, detailed explanation of the study and its potential risks.
A signed and dated informed consent document for an outpatient procedure is valid for ninety (90) days. If more than 90 days have elapsed since the consent document was signed, the consent and proposed procedure/treatment must be confirmed with the patient.
Informed Consent Law covers the legal aspect regarding an individual's right to be informed of and consent to a procedure or treatment suggested by a physician or professional. The patient can then make an informed decision to accept or refuse the treatment or procedure.
The Legal Angle An informed consent signed by the patient, from a legal standpoint, is not the actual consent but evidence that the patient is consenting to a particular procedure at a given time. Legally, no one has the right to touch, let alone treat another person without permission.
(a) Duty of physicians. Except in emergencies, a physician owes a duty to a patient to obtain the informed consent of the patient or the patient's authorized representative prior to conducting the following procedures: (1) Performing surgery, including the related administration of anesthesia.
The main purpose of the informed consent process is to protect the patient. A consent form is a legal document that ensures an ongoing communication process between you and your health care provider.
Informed consent: The process by which a patient learns about and understands the purpose, benefits, and potential risks of a medical or surgical intervention, including clinical trials, and then agrees to receive the treatment or participate in the trial.
When conducting clinical research, the obtaining of informed consent is required. Informed consent is a procedure through which a competent subject, after having received and understood all the research-related information, can voluntarily provide his or her willingness to participate in a clinical trial.
