I really like the application a lot. I am finding the fact that you do not have a field value setting which comes in handy for allowing a Check Mark to have a Value and Calculate costs based on Check Marks or Drop Down Menus. I also would love a copy and paste a single field, this comes in handy for repetitive drop down menus. Prepopulating a field from an earlier field value would be great in helping people not have to enter same information more than once.

Below is a list of the most common customer questions. If you can’t find an answer to your question, please don’t hesitate to reach out to us.
The Basics. The certificate should include basic information like the LLC's name and state it was incorporated in, the number of members and the name of the member that the certificate will be issued to, along with the exact percentage of the company that the member has. Signatures. Transfer Rights. Considerations.
Membership certificates are issued to those who have an ownership interest in an LLC. An ownership interest in an LLC is referred to as a membership interest. Membership certificates are similar to stock certificates, except for the fact that they are issued by LCS instead of corporations.
Since LCS are more like partnerships, you cannot force partnerships between people without their agreement. You can only transfer an LLC's ownership interests if all the other LLC owners agree, and even then, only if the state law allows for it.

Obtaining a copy of a company's Articles of Incorporation is a relatively simple process. In most states, a certified copy can be requested by visiting the office of the Secretary of State in person or by phone, mail, or the state's online system.
Contact the Department of State or Secretary of State's office where your business filed its articles of incorporation. In many instances, the Secretary of State's office allows businesses to request a copy of their articles of incorporation by phone, or in person.
Fill out a request form with the Internal Revenue Service (IRS): The IRS requires all tax-exempt businesses to file a copy of their bylaws. Filling out form 4506-A will get you a copy of them. Check with state agencies: Many states have regulatory agencies that hold records of bylaws.
How to Get a Certificate of Organization. You can download your state's LLC Certificate of Organization by selecting your state here and then following the LLC filing instructions. You can also visit the Secretary of State's website to find the Certificate of Organization form (but the link above will save you time).
To form an LLC, a business license is not required, but it may be necessary to register the LLC with the state and obtain an occupational license before the LLC can legally operate as a business. Some fields issue professional licenses that have their own set of requirements.
Submit your Certificate of Organization to the State You are now ready to submit your LLC's Certificate of Organization to the Iowa Secretary of State. You can submit it by mail, fax, or online. In all 3 cases, the filing fee is $50 and the approval time is 3-4 weeks.
Digital Signature is a process that guarantees that the contents of a message have not been altered in transit. When you, the server, digitally sign a document, you add a one-way hash (encryption) of the message content using your public and private key pair.
Digital signatures employ asymmetric cryptography. In many instances they provide a layer of validation and security to messages sent through a non-secure channel: Properly implemented, a digital signature gives the receiver reason to believe the message was sent by the claimed sender.
Digital signatures ensure that signatures are verified, authentic and legitimate. Signers are provided with Pins, password and codes that can authenticate and verify their identity and approve their signatures. Digital signatures provide authenticity and ensures that the signature is verified.
