I have been a short time user. I downloaded a document; tried to then sign it, which was ok, but when I downloaded it did not pick up the entire form; all preprinted matter on the form did not download to the email I sent. Tom

For pdfFiller’s FAQs

Below is a list of the most common customer questions. If you can’t find an answer to your question, please don’t hesitate to reach out to us.
If you wait until the end of the school year to resign, you should get to walk away with your salary through the end of the contract year, which typically runs through the summer. If you resign mid-year, you will probably walk away with nothing in terms of future salary.
Either a teacher or a school district can breach a contract. Similarly, a teacher may breach a contract by resigning from the district before the end of the contract term (usually the end of the school year).
It is important to know that for teachers, there is a requirement of at least half a terms' notice and that you are generally only permitted to resign from their posts at the end of a term, there is no right to leave at the end of a half-term unless this is mutually agreed by the teacher and the school.
Teachers leaving mid-year is not looked at in the way end-of-year turnover is, says Redding. So we wanted to investigate when it occurs and the impact it has on students and schools. They found that while 4.6 percent of teachers in the state departed mid-year, that number jumped to 6 percent for new educators.
Be concise. When composing your letter, keep it short and straight to the point. Give proper notice. Maintain professionalism. Arrange for an exit interview. Be certain about your decision.
Mid-year teacher turnover doesn't occur as frequently as end-of-year turnover, but it's likely more prevalent than most people think. Teachers leaving mid-year is not looked at in the way end-of-year turnover is, says Redding. So we wanted to investigate when it occurs and the impact it has on students and schools.
Notice periods and dismissal Head teachers are entitled to a minimum of three months' notice and in the summer term, to a minimum of four months' notice.
Keep it professional. Keep it short and sweet. Provide reasons for leaving (optional). Remain polite. Say thank you to your employer for the role. Offer to help in the transition period. Avoid personal criticism. Finish your resignation letter positively.
In a graceful resignation letter due to family reasons format, you should begin by letting your boss know what is going on, thanking him or her for understanding and giving an apology for the inconvenience. Give the exact date that your resignation will come into effect, and sign the letter professionally.
These are: not less than one week's notice if your period of service is between one month and two years; not less than one week of notice for each full year of service, if you have two years or more but less than 12 years of service; not less than 12 weeks of notice, if you have 12 years or more of service.
You must write a letter preferably an email because that has a date stamp to your principal stating the effective date of your resignation. You must give 30-days' notice for a resignation. If you do not give 30-days' notice, it can be very difficult to return to the DOE in the future.
So, for the employer do they have to accept that the resignation is backdated? However, if both employee and employer have no objection to the resignation being backdated and are happy for employee to leave without working their full notice period, then once again they can agree the effective date of termination.
When there are no particular provisions, a director may resign at any time by notice to the company. Ideally, the notice of resignation should be in writing, although this is not specifically required by law.
First: As per this no director can be appointed from the back date or retrospective effect. Therefore, appointment of MD also can't be done from back date. If his appointment will be made after expiry of term that should be considered as fresh appointment, not in continuation of earlier appointment.
The Law. There are no federal or state laws requiring employees to provide their boss with two weeks' notice when quitting. Most states have adopted something called the at-will doctrine. This doctrine gives an employer the right to terminate an employee at any time, without cause or any reason.
