Loving the tool. It would be great if you could add an eye dropper feature so that if I alter text or numbers that are over a color background I can erase the copy fill in the area with the original background color and then revise the copy over the background fill

Access opens the table in Data sheet view. Select the field (the column) that you want to change. On the Fields tab, in the Properties group, click the arrow in the drop-down list next to Data Type, and then select a data type. Save your changes.
Go to the Database Tools Menu, click on Compact and Repair Database. (This may take some time, which depends on the database file size). As you add, update the data, and change its design, a database file becomes larger. Access creates temporary, hidden objects to accomplish various tasks.
For number fields, the field size determines exactly how much disk space Access uses for each value of the field. For text fields, the field size determines the maximum amount of disk space that Access allows for each value of the field.
Field Length This means that each text field is able to store up to 50 letters, numbers or symbols. In some situations, you may need to use all 50, but think about forenames.
Right-click the document tab for the new table and click Design View. In the Field Name column, select the first blank row, and then type a name for the field. Select the adjacent cell in the Data Type column, and then select Short Text from the list. Save your changes.
In the Navigation Pane, right-click the table that contains the field that you want to change, and then click Design View. In the table design grid, select the field for which you want to change the field size. In the Field Properties pane, on the General tab, enter the new field size in the Field Size property.
The internal representation of a date is a string of 4 bytes. Each byte consists of 2 packed decimal digits.
The internal representation of a timestamp is a string of 7 – 13 bytes. Each byte consists of 2 packed decimal digits. The first 4 bytes represent the date, the next 3 bytes the time, and the last 0 – 6 bytes the fractions of a second.
5 Answers. The definition of UNIX timestamp is timezone independent. The timestamp is the number of seconds (or milliseconds) elapsed since an absolute point in time, midnight of Jan 1 1970 in UTC time. Regardless of your timezone, a timestamp represents a moment that is the same everywhere.
For example, values that are stored in a Text field can contain only letters, numbers, and a limited set of punctuation characters, and a Text field can only contain a maximum of 255 characters.
