I had to cancel my subscription right after I got it (the first time) because we were told not electronic signatures. The customer service person I was connected to was very quick with applying my refund and explained the banks general policies. It ended up there was a mistake, so I'm back. I enjoyed the ease of using the product. I was able to pretty much teach myself how to use it. I do look forward to seeing what the webinar has to offer.

Had a problem with being unable to save a document. However Sam
on the chat line was very helpful (although we could not recover it) and suggested changing the input from javascript to 'flash'. I have now managed to save it.

I had the wrong EIN number on a…
I had the wrong EIN number on a 1099-misc.and it kept rejecting it until I got it corrected which made me frustrated until I saw it was an error in the EIN given to me and then I was glad that I used the service to correct the error.

I needed to create some fillable PDFs for a course I'm running and PDFfiller allowed me to do that with ease. I needed a bit of guidance on how to do it from their person in the chat box (who was very helpful and efficient) and, once they showed me what to do (it was easy), the software was great and pretty intuitive and allowed me to create fillable boxes neatly and easily - it gives you guidelines so you can line them up with each other. It's a pity they don't do a "one-off" fee of $5 or something, rather than a subscription because it's not something I need regularly, so I'd have been happy to just pay a little something toward using it, rather than signing up for the 30 day free trial. My overall satisfaction about that app is a lot, it's just great tool for everyone, for students and also employees as well, at any time people can make change in their document and send it wherever it's needed.
That's basically great app, because you can solve all document issues in one app, scanning, adding image to the document putting dates, even signature, saving as pdf, or word or excel, sending to email, printing and etc. which help users to save more time.
I remember I faced problem while logging in, actually I think to login for that kind of program is something extra.

Thought I had cancelled my subscription but turns out I didn't and it went out the next month... got in touch with customer support and they cancelled my subscription and refunded the amount taken with no issues.. fast and polite responses as well.. very impressed.
