To print labels saved within a PDF file, all you need is label stock that matches the size of the labels stored within the PDF file. If you are unsure of the label size, print the labels on adhesive paper. Print labels from a PDF file on your desktop printer.
Step 1 : Open the Mailing Labels PDF file. Step 2 : Go to 'Print' & Your Print Settings. Step 3 : Select 'Actual Size' Step 4 : Print Your Mailing Labels.
With your Word document open, go to the top of screen and click Mailings > Labels > Options. (In older versions of Word, the Options setting is located in Tools at the top of the page.) Select Avery US Letter from the drop-down menu next to Label Vendors. Then scroll to find your Avery product number and click OK.
Go to File > Print, or. Click the Right button on your mouse and select Print, or. Click on the Print icon.
With your Word document open, go to the top of screen and click Mailings > Labels > Options. (In older versions of Word, the Options setting is located in Tools at the top of the page.) Move the paper-width guide to the left of the tray. Load the label paper into the printer. If you have an ink jet printer, fan the paper and load it into the “in” tray with the label side facing down. For laser printers, load the paper into the input tray with the label side facing up.
