For a new customer who has only used this program for a short time, It's a bit confusing to find all the necessary information. I am learning, but it's taken some navigation, and I haven't used the help line, because I don't even know the right questions to ask.

For pdfFiller’s FAQs

Below is a list of the most common customer questions. If you can’t find an answer to your question, please don’t hesitate to reach out to us.
A split-image spot, sometimes called a split image rangefinder or split-prism, is an optical focusing aid sometimes incorporated into a reflex camera's ground glass screen. When the image is out of focus, the two halves of the image appear “split” with an offset between them.
The microprism ring blurs the image unless the lens setting is in focus, the split screen shows part of the image split in two pieces. When both pieces are aligned the setting is in focus. The drawback is that the prisms have considerable light loss, making low-light focusing almost impossible.
A focusing screen is a flat translucent material, either a ground glass or Fresnel lens, found in a system camera that allows the user of the camera to preview the framed image in a viewfinder. Often, focusing screens are available in variants with different etched markings for various purposes.
Mirror don't use compressed air, and don't use a cloth or fabric to clean the mirror. Focusing Screen if it's removable, take it out and brush it off×.
The focusing screen has nothing to do with: Autofocus performance. There is a separate optical path to the PDF sensor that does not pass through the focusing screen. The focusing screen is not in the optical path at the time the image is recorded.
While looking through the viewfinder, turn the focusing ring (on the lens) until subject comes into sharp focus. Set the exposure by rotating the aperture ring (f-stop) ring of the lens until the needle on the right side of the viewfinder image is at the center position.
