How do I align text in a cell in Excel?
Select the cells that have the text you want aligned.
On the Home tab choose one of the following alignment options:
To vertically align text, pick Top Align , Middle Align , or Bottom Align .
To horizontally align text, pick Align Text Left, Center , or Align Text Right .
How do you arrange words in an Excel cell?
Select a blank cell to place the rearranged text, enter formula =TRIM(MID(b2,SEARCH(“ ",b2)+1,250))&" "&LEFT(b2,SEARCH(" ",b2)-1) into the Formula Bar and then press the Enter key. See screenshot: Note: in the formula, B2 is the cell contains the name you will rearrange.
