A valid email address consists of an email prefix and an email domain, both in acceptable formats. The prefix appears to the left of the @ symbol. The domain appears to the right of the @ symbol. Format Your Email Message Your email message should be formatted like a typical business letter, with spaces between paragraphs and with no typos or grammatical errors. Don't mistake length for quality keep your email brief and to the point. Avoid overly complicated or long sentences.
