Not a bad program to work on pdf documents and comes with an online storage box. It does require a monthly subscription fee for the service, but may be more affordable for some if you don't already have the more expensive Adobe Acrobat or other program.

Scan your existing letterhead. Save the scanned letterhead in a picture format. Create your Word document as you normally would. From the Menu at top, select Insert > Watermark
Sign up for Engage using your email, Gmail or Facebook account. Choose one of our free letterhead templates or upgrade to access our premium templates. Click to edit the text. Add your logo, brand fonts and brand colors. Email your finished letterhead directly from the editor.
Open the template or a document based on the template whose default settings you want to change. On the Format menu, click Font, and then click the Font tab. Make any changes that you want, and then click Default. Note: Most of the styles in Word are based on the Normal style.
Open a new Word document and go to the Page Setup dialog. Set the margins the way you want them in your default document. Do not make any other changes in this dialog unless you want them to apply to all new documents. Click the Set As Default button at the bottom of the dialog.
