Standardize Line Document: edit PDF documents from anywhere

The Portable Document Format or PDF is a universal file format used in business, thanks to its availability. You can open them on from any device, and they will be readable and writable similarly. PDF documents will always appear the same, regardless of whether you open it on an Apple computer, a Microsoft one or on smartphones.

Data safety is the primary reason why do users in business choose PDF files to share and store information. PDF files can not only be password-protected, but analytics provided by an editing service allows document owners to identify those who’ve opened their documents in order to track any and all potential security breaches.

pdfFiller is an online editor that allows you to create, modify, sign, and share PDF using just one browser window. Convert an MS Word file or a Google Sheet, start editing it and create fillable fields to make a document singable. Once you’ve finished editing a document, you can mail it to recipients to fill out, and you'll get a notification when they're done.

Use powerful editing tools to type in text, annotate and highlight. Once a document is completed, download it to your device or save it to the third-party integration cloud. Add and edit visual content. Collaborate with users to complete the fields and request an attachment. Add fillable fields and send documents for signing. Change a form’s page order.

Get your documents completed in four simple steps:

01
Get started by uploading your document.
02
To modify the content of your document, click the 'Tools' tab and highlight, redact, or erase text.
03
Insert additional fields to fill in specific data and put an e-signature.
04
When finished, click Done and proceed to downloading, sending or printing your document.

For pdfFiller’s FAQs

Below is a list of the most common customer questions. If you can’t find an answer to your question, please don’t hesitate to reach out to us.
Highlight all the text that you pasted into the document. Scroll through the available “Styles” in the Styles group of the Home ribbon, and click “Normal” to change the formatting style for your selected text. Your text will now be formatted according to the current “Normal” formatting style in Word.
Most word processors default to page margins of one inch. On standard 8.5 × 11 paper, that produces a line length of 6.5.
Select some text in your document that represents the formatting you want to change. On the Home tab, click the Editing group button > Select > Select All Text With Similar Formatting. Apply a different style or change the formatting for the selected text.

By default, Word preserves the original formatting when you paste content into a document using CTRL+V, the Paste button, or right-click + Paste. To change the default, follow these steps. Go to File > Options > Advanced. Undercut, copy, and paste, select the down arrow for the setting to change.
There are two ways you can stop Word in its tracks: Disable the feature by choosing AutoCorrect Options from the Tools menu, clicking the Autocrat As You Type option, and then unchecking the Define Styles Based On Your Formatting option in the Automatically As You Type section.
On the Home tab, right-click any style in the Styles gallery and click Modify. In the Formatting section, make any formatting changes you want, such as font style, size, or color, alignment, line spacing, or indentation. Choose whether the style change applies to the current document or to all future documents.
To change the indentation for an entire document, select all text in the document (press Ctrl+A), then adjust the indent spacing in the ruler as detailed above. If a large indent is created when pressing the Tab key and adjusting the indent on the Ruler doesn't work, adjust the Left Tab Stop in the Ruler.
