Adobe should take notes from PDFFILLER
I like that it's web based which allows me to use it on any computer without having special software installed.

Do you put periods in state abbreviations?
We do not use periods with state abbreviations: CT, NY, NJ. The U.S. postal service, incidentally, does not insert a comma between the city and the abbreviated state name: Hartford CT, Portland OR at least not in the addresses on envelopes.
How do you use periods in abbreviations?
If an abbreviation consists of the first and last letters of a word, the American rule is to include a full/stop period at the end: Mr. Dr.
Do you capitalize abbreviation States?
State abbreviations are entirely a matter of style, and you should use the abbreviation and format dictated by your editor, house style, or preferred style manual. APA style, for a counterexample, stipulates the use of the two-letter USPS ZIP Code abbreviations, which are always capitalized and never include periods.
When did state abbreviations change to all caps?
As such, the state abbreviations were amended in October 1963 to the now familiar two letters.
Is there a comma between city and state abbreviation?
When punctuating state names, you should place a comma between the city and state, and another comma after the state name, unless the state name is ending the sentence or indicating a dateline. For example, (No comma after state abbreviation because it ends the sentence)
How do you write City State Country in a sentence?
When a geographical name has two or more elements to it, use a comma after each different type of element (city or town, region, state, country) and follow the last element with a comma, unless it occurs at the end of a sentence. Between a city and state: I was born in Bilioxi, Mississippi.

Are abbreviations supposed to be capitalized?
Although an abbreviation is composed of capital letters, the full words that define the abbreviation are not always capitalized. Each case involves considering if the word is an official name or a proper noun.
What is the rule of capitalization?
In general, you should capitalize the first word, all nouns, all verbs (even short ones, like is), all adjectives, and all proper nouns. That means you should lowercase articles, conjunctions, and prepositions however, some style guides say to capitalize conjunctions and prepositions that are longer than five letters.
Can you use abbreviations in academic writing?
Acronyms are often used in academic writing in order to avoid the repetitive use of long, cumbersome titles. Acronyms are defined as words formed by the first letters of words in a name or title.
Do you capitalize state when referring to a specific state?
The word state should be capitalized when it comes after the name of a state. You must also capitalize the word state when it forms the full name of a specific body. For example, The State Finance Department. The word should only be capitalized if it forms part of the name of the specific body.

What do you dislike?
The page fails when resizing text, and then you need to reload it. That is really my only issue other than when saving a PDF to my local machine, I don't need the indicator to pop up and tell me where to look.
