Store Email Resolution: make editing documents online a breeze

The right PDF editor is a must to streamline your work flow.

Even if you hadn't used PDF for your business documents before, you can switch anytime — it is easy to convert any other file format into PDF. This makes creating and using most of them easy. You can also create just one PDF to replace multiple documents of different formats. It allows you to create presentations and reports that are both comprehensive and easy to read.

There are many solutions allowing you to edit PDFs, but there are only a few to cover all use cases at a reasonable price.

Use pdfFiller to annotate documents, edit and convert to other formats; add your digital signature and fill out, or send to other people. All you need is in the same browser window. You don’t need to download any applications.

Create a document from scratch or upload an existing one using the following methods:

01
Drag and drop a document from your device.
02
Open the Enter URL tab and insert the hyperlink to your sample.
03
Get the form you need in the catalog using the search field.
04
Upload a document from your cloud storage (Google Drive, Box, Dropbox, One Drive and others).
05
Browse the Legal library.

Once you uploaded the document, it’s saved in the cloud and can be found in the “My Documents” folder.

Use editing features such as typing text, annotating, blacking out and highlighting. Change a form’s page order. Once a document is completed, download it to your device or save it to the third-party integration cloud. Collaborate with others to fill out the document. Add images into your PDF and edit its layout. Add fillable fields and send documents for signing.

For pdfFiller’s FAQs

Below is a list of the most common customer questions. If you can’t find an answer to your question, please don’t hesitate to reach out to us.
Image specifications for email Image size: Header graphics should be between 600-700 pixels wide, with a proportional height (a general guideline is 100-200 pixels). For images within your mailing's content, we recommend 480 × 480 pixels or smaller.
In general, if you are e-mailing the pictures to friends who will view them on a computer screen, you will want to send them pictures in the JPEG format at 640 × 480 pixels. If you are printing the pictures, you need about 150 pixels per inch of print size.
If the image is digital (which all images are when they are on a computer), you can't lose quality just by sending through e-mail (a digital medium). You can copy a digital file as many times as you'd like, and you won't lose quality.
Click on the photo you want to send; then click “Tools” and choose “Options” as shown above. Then you will get a menu that looks like this: Under the email tab, set the default size to “original size.” Click on the “Email” tab and choose “original size” in the “size for single pictures” option.
The smaller the pixel dimensions of an image, the smaller the file size will be. When sharing photos online, 1200 by 800 pixels is a good average size to go with. If you wish to reduce file size even further, reduce your images down to 800 by 600 or even 640 by 480.
Locate the picture you wish to resize. Right-click the picture, point to “Send to” and select “Mail Recipient.” Click the “Picture Size” drop-down menu and select your preferred resolution. Selecting “Small: 640 × 480” minimizes the file and resolution sizes.

The dimensions of the original image you upload to your site can have a big impact on how it displays. We recommend using images that are between 1500 and 2500 pixels wide. Images smaller than 1500 pixels may appear blurry or pixelated when they stretch to fill container s, such as banners.
