This is an amazing program! How many times we all have to fill out forms, even if they are pdf forms available for downloading on line) and wish we could just fill them in with the keyboard instead of printing out a hard copy and THEN handwriting our responses. PDFfiller allows you to save a pdf and then fill it in so easily. There are also a lot of options for checking boxes, circling responses, highlighting, enlarging or shrinking text size, etc. The program is user-friendly, easy to follow, print, download to your own computer and save. Just a GREAT addition to my tools. I also get such positive feedback whenever I submit a requested form---they are delighted to have READABLE information.

Below is a list of the most common customer questions. If you can’t find an answer to your question, please don’t hesitate to reach out to us.
Customer Returns and Refunds Under Federal Law While many retailers have decided this makes for the best business practice, they aren't legally required to accept returns. Rather, retailers are required to accept returns only if the sold good is defective or if they otherwise break the sales contract.
The same consumer rights rules apply to second-hand and sale goods from shops. They must be of satisfactory quality and, if they're faulty, you can return them. ... In this case, the shop could refuse to refund you.
Merchants must conspicuously post their refund policies. Businesses with no posted refund policies are liable to the buyer, for up to 20 days from purchase, for a cash refund or a credit. ... If the store doesn't post any return policy, the law requires the store to accept returns within 30 days of purchase.
Shoppers are entitled to a refund where something is faulty, sub-standard or is not as described, although some firms make customers fight for their rights. ... This gives the buyer an absolute right to cancel within seven working days. The trader must refund the purchase cost within 30 days.
If you're having problems and the shop won't refund, repair or replace your goods, then you should report it to your local trading standards department, as the retailer is breaching your statutory rights. It's worth telling the shop that you're going to do this, as it could mean your complaint is then dealt with.
Here's an overview of your rights as a consumer. Signs that say things like “no refunds”, “no refunds on sale items”, or “exchange or credit note only for return of sale items” are illegal. You can return something if it doesn't do what you'd reasonably expect it to, or it isn't of acceptable quality.
Basically, they take a returned item, refund the customer. Then, they charge back the vendor (sometimes for the retail amount refunded, in other words, MORE than they ever paid for the item to begin with, then sometimes tack on added processing fees.
The High Cost of Retail Returns. In a report focused on the losses due to returns, ILL Group estimated that worldwide, retailers lose more than $600 billion each year to sales returns. Labeled the “ghost economy” by ILL, retailers in North America accounted for $183 billion of that number alone.
Return abuse is a form of “friendly fraud” where someone purchases products without intending to keep them. Perhaps the most well-known form of this abuse is “ward robing” or “free renting” in which the person makes a purchase, uses the product(s), and then returns the merchandise.
Returning Worn Items So if you are asked about whether an item was worn, and say yes, and the return is still accepted, you generally do not have to worry about arrest (frequently, stores will make exceptions if a consumer is honest and the goods still look new).
