Highlight the word you want to link by either double-clicking on it or using your mouse to click on the word and drag over it. Click on the Insert Link button on the Compose Post toolbar (it. looks like a chain link). Type in the URL you want your graphic to link to and click OK.
Highlight the text you want to link your document to and click the link icon. Select Document from the drop-down menu. (Optional) Edit the text you want to display as the link. Select a document from your Library. Click Insert.
Linking Documents Together. The ability to link documents together is a key feature that helps to organize documents into logical groups. You are able to link documents that are in the same folder or from disparate areas of the library such as the search results, virtual folder or document tray.
