Anne in customer support was outstanding, she was patient, calm, informative and extremely helpful. I had lost work that I had spent hours on and couldnt find what I had done wrong, Anne patiently worked through it with me and I found the document, without her I would have cried, literally, as I had worked the whole of the night on the document and it looked like i had lost it all. Anne should be commended for her high level customer service. She is a definate asset to your organisation.

PDF filler works great and has helped print some documents that we used to have to type. Less time spent on creating forms for the clinic. Document creation - used it for paper billing, in house forms, and staff checklists. Easy to create the document and implement Alignment is sometimes different on the document than what prints. Can take a little trial and error to make it align perfectly.

By exciting the fluoroscopes or detecting the signal through the nonpropagating light near the fluoroscope, high-resolution information be retained. Near-field scanning optical microscopy (NSBM) acquires an image by scanning a sharp probe tip across the sample, typically providing a resolution of 2050 nm (911).
The resolution of an optical microscope is defined as the shortest distance between two points on a specimen that can still be distinguished by the observer or camera system as separate entities.
In microscopy, the term 'resolution' is used to describe the ability of a microscope to distinguish detail. In other words, this is the minimum distance at which two distinct points of a specimen can still be seen — either by the observer or the microscope camera — as separate entities.
The primary factor in determining resolution is the objective numerical aperture, but resolution is also dependent upon the type of specimen, coherence of illumination, degree of aberration correction, and other factors such as contrast-enhancing methodology either in the optical system of the microscope or in the ...
The limit of resolution (or resolving power) is a measure of the ability of the objective lens to separate in the image adjacent details that are present in the object. It is the distance between two points in the object that are just resolved in the image.
The greatest resolving power in optical microscopy requires near-ultraviolet light, the shortest effective visible imaging wavelength. If a red light is replaced by a blue light illuminating an object in a microscope, then will the resolving power of the microscope be increased or decreased?
”Fluorescence microscope” refers to any microscope that uses fluorescence to generate an image, whether it is a more simple set up like an fluorescence microscope or a more complicated design such as a confocal microscope, which uses optical sectioning to get better resolution of the fluorescence image.
The illumination light is absorbed by the fluoroscopes (now attached to the sample) and causes them to emit a longer lower energy wavelength light. ... The basic task of the fluorescence microscope is to let excitation light radiate the specimen and then sort out the much weaker emitted light from the image.
The Fluorescence Microscopy allows the researchers to identify various different molecules in the targeted specimen or sample at the same time. It helps to identify the specific molecules with the help of the fluorescence substances. Tracing the location of a specific protein in the specimen.
Comparing light microscopy and fluorescence microscopy This light is in the 400-700 nm range, whereas fluorescence microscopy uses light with much higher intensity. ... Traditional light microscopes are widely used, and often require simpler dyes to visualize contrast which is not naturally visible.
