I absolutely love PDFfiller. It's my go-to! I don't own a printer, and generally don't have time to get something printed, fill it out, scan it, email it off. I save SO MUCH time using PDFfiller. And i love the results. I love how i can add my Signature, change fonts and sizes, etc.

Tag numbers are simply other names for objects in our every day use of numbers. For example, a telephone number.
Horn flies spend most of their time on the animal. They suck small amounts of blood frequently and leave only to lay their eggs on fresh cattle droppings. This constant presence on the animal means they are certain to come in contact with some insecticide and be killed.
An electronic identification tag enables livestock to be tracked from their property of birth through to slaughter. The National Livestock Identification System (NLS) tag is placed in the animal's ear and stays with the animal on farm, during transport, at sale yards and at the abattoir.
Ear tags are generally effective against horn flies. They aid in control of face flies, stable flies, houseflies and ear ticks. Remove tags when control declines, at the end of fly season or before slaughter.

Metal ear tags are used to identify the date of regulation shearing of stud and show sheep. Today, many manufacturers are in competition for the identification of world livestock population. In 2004, the U.S. Government asked farmers to use EID or Electronic Identification ear tags on all their cattle.
Add the cow's unique birth number. Each year, number the new calves sequentially, starting from 0. For example, the 15th cow born might have the number F15. Write the cows birth number after their birthdate letter. If you are in England, G = 2019, H = 2020, I = 2021, J = 2022.
The three-digit system will handle up to 99 calves in a year or calf crop season. The four- digit system will handle up to 999 calves. Alternatively, the last digit or the last two digits may represent the year, and the first two or three digits would indicate the calf's own number.
