Support person was very professional and had a great deal of patience. Recommend some kind of tutorial or steps for getting started before filling a form. For example to edit steps 7, 8, 9. To save steps 3,4,5, etc.

So far so great! In a pinch and PDF filler has come through!! A bit disappointed that there is not a more expanded, cheaper personal version, but as I said before we are in a bit of a pinch.

A lot of money to make a pretty presentation for the Federal Government. I have no other purpose for this program as I am retired. The program worked well and I had no problems with it's use.

What do you like best?
I like the chat help desk. I liken having a person I can chat with without a long delay. I really do not like have a charter limit on my response, I really do not have that much to say, therefore you get fluff.
What do you dislike?
not being able to locate the forms needed at times. Sometimes hen I attempt to use the form, I do not know the form number and it causes a delay. I do not like having a 40 Character limit for the questions. I really do not have that much to say

I would recommend this product ,because it allows my agency to provide the client with the information needed. I really do not have any additional information to supply.

Best customer service and software!
It's the easiest program for faxing from your computer, converting docs, signing forms, making forms editable. I love it. Above all, they have the best customer service I have ever received. Especially for a product that speaks well for itself. Anna, with tech support, was quick, efficient, kind, very knowledgeable and addressed my issue right away. It has been a long time since I can say that. Not listening to me and my problem has been my experience lately with other tech support from other companies. They want to give cookie cutter responses that don't address anything I was asking. Anna, you made my dreading to chat to support a rewarding experience. Thank you so much! My forms are stored and I can retype the information for the up coming renewals with applications for Insurance both Liability and Property and Specialty insurance
I would like that PDFiller would have a storage data for my forms that I can go back to each year for each of my clients and update for the new year, thus redosing my retyping of information on the Acord Form.

Great online chat support!
Support when I've needed it has been great which I can rarely say about most companies these days. While the program tends to be a little cumbersome it works for what I need it to. When I have issues the online chat support has been great an very little wait to get to someone. John resolved my issue over the weekend and Kara fixed the one I had this morning - I really appreciate both their help!
