it's a little bit too expensive for me. I will not have to use it very often, maybe only once or twice a month for work, but i do require the premium package for all of the features that i need to have. so it just seems crazy to me to pay almost $200 a year for something im only going to use 24 times the whole year. other than the too high price, i think its a great program!

How do I get a refund on Ticketmaster?

Sign in to My Account and select your order to view your tickets. Click the “Refund” button. Select the tickets you'd like to submit a refund for. Review the details and submit. Refunds should be received within 7-10 business days.

Can you get your money back if you cancel a flight?

You will be eligible for a refund only if you cancel your flight ticket BEFORE departure (i.e. your airfare is unused). The amount you receive will depend on the type of fare you purchased (see below). Any cancellations made after your departure date are not eligible for a refund.

What happens if a concert is rescheduled Ticketmaster?

When events are postponed or rescheduled, you will be contacted via phone or email with the new event information as soon as we are updated. Unless notified otherwise, your tickets will be valid for the new event date.

Can I sell my tickets back to Ticketmaster?

If you don't see a “Sell” button, selling your tickets through Ticketmaster is not available. Tickets purchased over the phone with Ticketmaster or through a third party are not available for Fan-to-Fan Resale through Ticketmaster. In order to resell your tickets for events in the US, you must have a US bank account.
