Great Easy to use the program, has a lot of great features & tools to use within the program. Will recommend to others. Love the timeline status for documents sent out or waiting to be signed Don't like the reloading that the program does when open reopening documents sometimes. Overall not much to complaint about

While unlocking is not illegal per se, many cell phone companies lock devices they sell under contract or on an installment payment plan. And this is done because they want to make sure the money is made on subsidized devices. And of course, mobile providers want to make it hard for you to unlock such a device.
In case, your under contract/warranty iPhone still can't be unlocked they will apply a Premium IMEI Unlock Method and get the job done.

There are several ways to unlock a phone: Call and Ask Nicely: Call your carrier and ask nicely if your contract has expired, most carriers (in the US, at least) will unlock your phone for you as long as you've paid off anything you owe on the phone.
Unlocking your iPhone is completely legal if you purchased the device unsubsidized or have finished paying for your contract. However, if you're still paying for your contract, you technically don't own the iPhone, so you really should check with your carrier before unlocking it.
If your phone is locked it won't automatically become unlocked when your contract expires with your provider. You'll have to specifically ask your carrier to unlock it.
Phones can be unlocked by the carrier that held the original contract with the purchaser. iPhones can also be unlocked by Apple, but they don't give the codes to third parties.
The Bottom Line on Unlocking iPhones Unlocking is legal in the U.S. To be able to unlock a phone, you'll need to either buy an unlocked phone or complete all the requirements of your phone company contract (generally either two years of service or paying installments for the price of your phone).
