I have found forms through PDFfiller that I could not locate anywhere else--wonderful tool! It's fairly intuitive, but there are some cumbersome issues related to printing--too many steps--could be simplified.

Below is a list of the most common customer questions. If you can’t find an answer to your question, please don’t hesitate to reach out to us.
Select the list, and click the Bullets drop-down in the Paragraph group. Choose To define New Bullet. This time, click the Font option instead of the Symbol option as you did before. The default in the Color drop-down will probably be No Color.

Changing Bullet Point Color Click the Stylesheets button at the bottom of the edit page. Add a color code in hex format (for example, #0098db is Announce blue!). More about color codes can be found at HTML Color Codes. In your CSS, you need to use the pound/hash symbol (#) before your hex code for it to be valid.
The size of the bullet symbol may change if you apply formatting to the paragraph mark that terminates the numbered or bulleted item. Select the whole paragraph and (re-)apply the font size. If you set this up with a paragraph style, selecting the whole paragraph and pressing Ctrl+Spacer would be the quickest fix.
Given an unordered lists (UL) of bullets, we need to change the color of the bullets in the list using CSS. Note: It is not allowed to use any images or span tags. First, there is no direct way in CSS by which we can change the color of the bullets in an unordered list.
