How to Use the Update Chart Object Feature in pdfFiller

The Update Chart Object feature in pdfFiller allows you to easily update and modify charts in your PDF documents. Follow these steps to make the most of this feature:

Open the PDF document that contains the chart you want to update.

Click on the 'Edit' button in the toolbar at the top of the page.

Select the chart object you want to update by clicking on it. You will see a border around the chart indicating that it is selected.

Once the chart is selected, a new toolbar will appear with various editing options. Click on the 'Update Chart Object' button.

A sidebar will appear on the right side of the screen, displaying the chart data and options for customization.

To update the data in the chart, click on the 'Edit Data' button. This will open a spreadsheet-like editor where you can modify the values and labels of the chart.

Make the necessary changes to the chart data and click 'Save' to apply the updates.

If you want to customize the appearance of the chart, you can do so by clicking on the 'Customize' button in the sidebar. This will allow you to change colors, fonts, and other visual elements of the chart.

Changing Source Data for the Chart to the Dynamic Named Range Right click on your chart and select “Select Data”. Under legend entries, click on edit. Under Chart Tools, on the Design tab, in the Data group, click Edit Data. Microsoft Excel opens in a new window and displays the worksheet for the selected chart. In the Excel worksheet, click the cell that contains the title or the data that you want to change, and then enter the new information.
Select the chart and click the Change Chart Type button in the Type group. A window opens with a variety of options from which to select. Decide on the new chart type, select and click OK. The new type of chart automatically replaces the previous chart.
