How do I update pure radio?
On completion of the download, right-click the software update package and select 'Run As Administrator', and confirm any Windows security prompts as necessary. At the welcome screen press the button marked 'Next'. At the 'Software License' screen press 'Yes' to accept. At the 'Connect USB Cable' screen, press 'Next'.
How do I update my pure one radio?
Option A: Retune your existing DAB+ radio. If you already have a DAB+ compatible radio, simply retune your digital radio to pick up the latest stations recently launched exclusively to DAB+ Option B: Upgrade your radio for FREE. Option C: Choose a new DAB+ ready radio.
How do you retune a pure one DAB radio?
If your digital radio has an auto-tune or auto-scan button, press it. If there's no obvious auto-tune or auto-scan button, press the 'menu' button and go through the options until you find something marked 'auto-tune' or 'auto-scan', and select that.
How do I reset my DAB radio?
Press and hold the Select or the Info button on your radio until the display shows System Reset or Factory Reset. Press and hold the Menu button for three seconds. Push the Tune button within 3 seconds to confirm the Reset. Press the Menu button and select System Reset or Factory Reset.
Can I upgrade my DAB radio to DAB+?
There are currently no plans to move existing popular radio stations from DAB to DAB+. However, many new stations are launching in the newer DAB+ format and a very small number of existing stations have switched to the new format in recent years.
Why does my DAB radio say not available?
Sometimes your car stereo display will say something like No signal or No service, meaning that you can't receive any DAB radio stations. This could be caused by a fault with the DAB radio itself, or failure to install the aerial properly.
