Nice program. Was able to learn without reading the guide much. Would like the option to pay per document instead of subscribing via monthly or yearly.

For pdfFiller’s FAQs

Below is a list of the most common customer questions. If you can’t find an answer to your question, please don’t hesitate to reach out to us.
A release number, also known as matrix number or catalog number, is an identification number for your CD. It is used by record stores and online retailers as an inventory number. The factory also uses it to track the various pieces of your project through the production process.
Version numbers are usually divided into sets of numbers, separated by decimal points. Usually, a change in the leftmost number indicates a major change in the software or driver. Changes in the rightmost number typically indicate a minor change. Changes in other numbers represent varying degrees of changes.
Version numbers usually consist of three numbers separated by dots. For example: 1.2.3 These numbers have names. The leftmost number (1) is called the major version. The middle number (2) is called the minor version.
A version number is a unique number or set of numbers assigned to a specific release of a software program, file, firmware, device driver, or even hardware.
What Is A Software Version Number? Software version numbers indicate changes in a software product. As developers update and improve products, there are often several versions of the product available for end users. At the very least, developers will always create two versions of their software.
Build: A difference in build number represents a recompilation of the same source. Different build numbers might be used when the processor, platform, or compiler changes. Revision: Assemblies with the same name, major, and minor version numbers, but different revisions are intended to be fully interchangeable.
It helps us to track changes and identify when key decisions were made along the way. It is particularly important for electronic documents that are being reviewed by a number of different users.
First Number: Tracks major changes. Second Number: Tracks minor changes. Third Number: Tracks patches or mere bug fixes. Fourth Number: Tracks changes less significant than a patch.
Under the semantic numbering convention, the first number tracks major changes, the second number tracks minor changes, and the third number tracks patches or mere bug fixes. The fourth number tracks changes that are even less significant than a patch.
The next number is the minor version number. It can represent some new features, or a number of bug fixes or small architecture changes. Components from the same product which differ by the minor version number may or may not work together and probably shouldn't. The next is usually called the build number.
