The initial document that I needed was insufficient on the site (the word SAMPLE was written across the document multiple times per page). And, although it took several hours, PDFfiller was able to upload the necessary document. Problem solved.

2 Line Formats. Line formats control how each line taken from an input file is output as part of a line group in if-then-else format. For example, the following command outputs text with a one-character change indicator to the left of the text. Formats lines just from the first file.
Paragraph formatting is a change in the format of text that affects an entire paragraph or is different from other paragraphs in a document. Paragraphs in a word processing document or on a web page can have paragraph formatting applied to them, including font type, font size, highlighting, and indentation.
A paragraph in Word is any text that ends with a hard return. Paragraph formatting lets you control the appearance if individual paragraphs. For example, you can change the alignment of text from left to center or the spacing between lines form single to double.
Paragraph Formatting. Some formatting is paragraph-specific. That is, rather than affecting individual words or sentences, it affects the entire paragraph. Common paragraph formatting that you can apply includes alignment, indents, tab stops, and line spacing.
Document formatting refers to the way a document is laid out on the page the way it looks and is visually organized and it addresses things like font selection, font size and presentation (like bold or italics), spacing, margins, alignment, columns, indentation, and lists.
About line spacing is the space between each line in a paragraph. Word allows you to customize the line spacing to be single spaced (one line high), double-spaced (two lines high), or any other amount you want. The default spacing in Word is 1.08 lines, which is slightly larger than single spaced.
A fair definition of line spacing comes from Microsoft: Line spacing determines the amount of vertical space between lines of text in a paragraph. By default, lines are single-spaced, meaning that the spacing accommodates the largest font in that line, plus a small amount of extra space.
Select the paragraphs you want to change. Go Home > Line and Paragraph Spacing. Choose the number of line spaces you want or select Line Spacing Options, and then select the options you want under Spacing.
