That I am able to take any non-fillable pdf document and make it fillable.
What do you dislike?
I find the ease of use of the website decreased with the updated version. Not impossible, but less ease of use. Nothing too bad.
What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?
I use pdfiller in all aspects of my job where non-fillable documents are not available. From Business Management to Human Resources.

More than what it says on the tin I am forever annotating drawings for the Home Improvements I offer my customers. We can assume that people understand drawings but most don't. The extra points I can make using arrows and text make it easier for my customers to understand and I know it helps me win business. The software is easy to learn (I'm old so my patience with new programmes is not good). It has never frustrated me to use. I can't think of anything about the software that I don't like

For pdfFiller’s FAQs

Below is a list of the most common customer questions. If you can’t find an answer to your question, please don’t hesitate to reach out to us.
As an individual: Your TIN is the same as your social security number. As an entity: Your TIN is most likely the business entity's Employer Identification Number (EIN). However, an entity with the legal structure of an S-corp corporations, for example, may have the TIN may be that of the owner.
A Taxpayer Identification Number (TIN) is an identification number used by the Internal Revenue Service (IRS) in the administration of tax laws. It is issued either by the Social Security Administration (SSA) or by the IRS.
A tax identification number (TIN) is used for filing tax returns and exists in different forms. A Social Security number (SSN) is a type of tax ID number just like an Employer Identification Number (EIN) is, the difference being the former is for individuals and the latter for businesses.
You can think of a TIN as a parent and an EIN as a child. An EIN is a type of TIN, but not vice versa. That means, when asked for your EIN, you can use your TIN, but when asked for your TIN, you cannot use your EIN.
Tin exists in two different forms, or allotropes: the familiar form, white (or beta) tin, and gray (or alpha) tin, which is powdery and of little use.
The primary difference between these tax identification numbers and Employer Identification numbers is that a TIN is used to identify people who can be taxed within the United States, while the EIN is used to identify companies. Therefore, the difference is in the way the EIN and tax ID numbers can be used.
