How to Track Recent Signers of a Document
If you need to keep track of the signatures of a specific document, SignNow will help you to identify the recent signers as well as those who are late with signing.
First press the Upload Document button to upload the document you need to your SignNow account.
Next, click More and select the Open Document option.
Drag Signature Field from the left sidebar to the document.
Add roles to the signers by selecting the relevant option in the menu. Insert a role name in the relevant field and click the Add New Role button.
Rename the field and choose between required or conditional. Finish with clicking OK.
If the document is ready to be sent out, press the Invite to Send button.
Add the user’s email address and click the Send Invite button.
Once the document is signed, you can see the list of recent signers displayed below the Signed status in the Documents folder.
You can check the list of those who haven’t signed the document yet. It will be displayed in the Documents' folder below the Waiting for Others status.
