I had some initial problems (undoing things and a pop-up overtime I used text boxes). Customer support representative Ellie guided me through it and was able to resolve most of my problems. I still wish I could use the text boxes without the pop-up though. I believe at this time it is not possible.

For pdfFiller’s FAQs

Below is a list of the most common customer questions. If you can’t find an answer to your question, please don’t hesitate to reach out to us.
A warrant or liability order must have a court seal and a wet ink signature. Rule 109 (3) of the Magistrate Court Rules 1981 states that where a signature is required on a form or warrant (of control), an electronic signature will satisfy the requirement.
A Warrant of Control authorizes Enforcement Agents (Bailiffs) to attend at the judgment debtor's home or business address. They will collect money (or monies) owed under the judgment debt or remove goods from the home or business to sell at auction.
The judge is required to sign the warrant, but the original warrant is left at the courthouse. Police are required to leave a copy of the warrant when they serve it, but the copy might not be signed.
Contact the court that issued the warrant. Your original citation will have the court's contact information on the back. Talk to your lawyer. You can hire a lawyer to represent you in court. Pay your bail. Go to court.
The warrant is authority to enter premises to take control of goods. The enforcement address is always printed on the warrant. Bailiffs do not need to show a warrant on paper, or a 'wet signature' warrant. The authority to enter premises is the court authority itself.
An arrest warrant is acquired in a court of law by presenting a judge with probable cause for arresting the suspect. Arrest warrants are most commonly required when a crime is committed out of view of a police officer. If a felony is committed in view of a police officer then an arrest can be made without a warrant.
Pay your bail. In some cases clearing a warrant can just mean paying a fine. When you contact the court, ask if there are any fines associated with your citation. If there are, ask if it is possible for you to pay the fine and clear the warrant without going to court.
Call the court you suspect issued the warrant and ask the clerk about it. See if you can schedule a hearing to take care of the matter. If you were supposed to appear for a traffic ticket, ask if you can reschedule or simply pay the fines. The clerk will lay out your options.
Contact a criminal defense attorney immediately. An experienced attorney may be able to: Contact the court and arrange to appear for an arraignment rather than surrendering to police custody. Schedule a hearing on a bench warrant prior to arrest. Arrange to turn yourself in rather than being arrested.
If you are picked up on a warrant, you could be held in jail until the court has a hearing on your case, or you could be required to post a high bond and pay court fees. Arrest warrant. Once in custody, you can be held without bail until an arraignment, release hearing, or similar proceeding.
If someone has a warrant out for his arrest, he will usually stay in jail until the sheriff is able to bring him before a judge. This is usually 48 to 72 hours after the arrest, excluding weekends and holidays.
In England and Wales, a local magistrate issues search warrants, which require that a constable provide evidence that supports the warrant application. Search warrants must be signed by a Sheriff after a petition from police.
Police officers obtain search warrants by convincing a neutral and detached magistrate that they have probable cause to believe that criminal activity is occurring at the place to be searched or that evidence of a crime may be found there. However, the suspect can later challenge the validity of the warrant.
Probable Cause is the most important requirement to perform a legal search; it is a phrase taken directly from the Fourth Amendment to the U.S. Constitution, which prohibits unreasonable searches and seizures.
Police usually need to obtain a warrant from the court before they can enter and search premises. There are situations, however, when the police may enter premises to search them without a warrant.
