I needed PDF Filler (or something like it) for a specific purpose and for a short time. It got the job done. I was surprised to see the Annual Fee ($72.00) show up on my credit card statement, instead of the monthly fee ($6.00). I cancelled my subscription on 4/11/2016, and have been checking my statements for a refund. Am I waiting in vain?

It was good. Hard to edit one document due to not being able to insert words. It was a lot easier & more convenient than finding a typewriter or printing the form having to use white out for goofs.

Below is a list of the most common customer questions. If you can’t find an answer to your question, please don’t hesitate to reach out to us.
Generally, the person you choose to witness a document should have no financial or other interest in an agreement. A neutral third party is someone not related to either party and who does not benefit from the document. A witness does not have to read the document, but they must be present when it is signed.
A party to a deed cannot be a witness to another signature to that deed. Legislation does not prohibit a signatory's spouse, cohabited or civil partner from acting as a witness, and it is also generally acceptable for an employee of a party to witness that party's signature.
a member of your family; under 18; named elsewhere in the document (other than as a witness to someone else's signature); named elsewhere in the other documents connected with your document (other than as a witness to someone else's signature);
In that case, a deed can be in electronic form and signed electronically by an individual (including an individual attorney signing for a company). A company cannot validly execute a document electronically under s127 of the Corporations Act 2001 (CTH) (Corporations Act).
Buying shares using a stock transfer form. You must pay Stamp Duty on your shares if: you buy shares through a stock transfer form. The transaction is over £1,000.
An individual executing a deed must have their signature witnessed. A party to a deed cannot be a witness to another signature to that same deed. A signatory's spouse, cohabited or civil partner is able to act as a witness and an employee of a party is also permitted to witness that party's signature.
Land Registry Make Changes to the Witnessing of Deeds. As of 18th January, when a party of two or more people are executing a deed, the same witness can be used to verify each individual signature but only if each of these signatures are independently attested.
Key requirement for executing a deed The key legal requirement for a deed executed by an individual is that it must be signed by the individual in the presence of a witness who attests the signature. In this case, the farmer did sign the mortgage in the presence of a witness (the mortgage broker).
The spouse, civil partner or cohabited of a transferor or transferee can act as a witness (if they are not a party to the deed), but this is best avoided. There are different requirements if the transfer is being signed by an attorney or company, or at the direction of the transferor.
A close relative, friend, neighbor or colleague can serve as a witness as long as the person is not party to the transaction in any way. In cases where the notary public serves as a witness, they have to sign twice.
