What do you like best?
The best feature is that you can email documents to vendors and have them electronically sign them and then email them back.
What do you dislike?
I don't think there is anything to dislike. When my company paid for me to have this I felt like I was in Heaven!
Recommendations to others considering the product:
If you are having issues getting signatures with your drivers- look no further! This is it! So easy to use and send and Drivers can send the signed documents back!
What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?
We have a lot of vendors that work outside of the office so having a system where they can sign electronically is such an awesome feature!

Below is a list of the most common customer questions. If you can’t find an answer to your question, please don’t hesitate to reach out to us.
Witnessing a person's signature on a legal document is an important step in ensuring the document is valid and enforceable. The witness is needed to confirm that the correct party has signed the agreement and no fraud has occurred, such as someone signing the agreement on another person's behalf.
A witnesses' signature can be useful for evidentiary purposes. If a party to the agreement later says they did not sign, the person who witnessed the party signing can be called to confirm it. The witness can confirm that the specific person signed and that that was the signature they made.
be over 18 years of age; be of sound mind; not be under the influence of drugs or alcohol; not be a party to the document or have any financial interests in the document; and.
Can I act as a notary and witness at the same time on the same document? No. In most states, a notary public cannot act in both capacities as a notary public and the impartial witness at the same time in the performance of a notarial act.
California allows Notaries to identify the signer through one or two credible identifying witnesses under certain situations. A credible witness is an individual who personally knows the signer and can vouch for the signer's identity to the Notary.
be 18 years old or older; know the person whose signature they are witnessing; be satisfied as to that person's identity; not be a party to the document, that is, they should be signing the document only as a witness.
To witness a document, a person must record, on the document itself, that they have observed the execution of the document by the signatory. For a deed to be validly witnessed electronically, a witness may electronically sign the attestation clause under the signature clause, using any form of electronic signature.
A witness is brought in during the signing of a document to physically observe the parties sign it. Witnesses should be able to confirm the identity of both parties. They then sign the document as a witness to confirm that they saw each party sign.
Notaries Can Not Notarize Their Own Documents The short answer is no, a notary public cannot legally notarize his or her own document. If a notary were to notarize his or her own document, it would essentially negate the purpose of having a document notarized.
There is no requirement to have a loan agreement witnessed as it is not a deed and therefore can be signed under hand as a simple contract. These may need to be witnessed as deeds. Powers of attorney may be needed if all the parties cannot be present at completion to sign the loan agreement.
Loan agreements are binding contracts between two or more parties to formalize a loan process. Loan agreements typically include covenants, value of collateral involved, guarantees, interest rate terms and the duration over which it must be repaid.
A personal loan agreement is a written contract between two private parties, usually friends or relatives, that details a personal loan arrangement between the two.
Warning: You should never sign anything that you don't understand. Don't sign if you don't understand the mortgage terms or if you think that you won't be able to pay back the loan. However, if you can't do so, you may lose the deposit you paid to the seller when you entered into an agreement to buy their home.
