What a life-saving tool. I have saved countless hours of waiting for forms to be returned or having to find forms to complete before sending. One stop service here. Find the form, fill it out online, forward it to its intended. Has been a Godsend with Court Documents.

What do you like best?
I love that the physician can dictate the form to me and I can easily load the form and type it up for him. He is extremely busy and needs to fill these forms out on his own time. Now I can do it for him saving him the time to focus on face to face visits with his patients.
What do you dislike?
It is very new to me, so I am uncertain if there is anything at this point I don't like, as I am unfamiliar with a good portion of the program. But what I have used thus far is great!

Resolution. Resolution is the image quality produced by a printer or displayed on a monitor. With monitors, the resolution is measured by the number of pixels horizontal by pixels vertically as shown in the picture. Printers also have a measure of resolution called DPI (dots per inch).
In computers, resolution is the number of pixels (individual points of color) contained on a display monitor, expressed in terms of the number of pixels on the horizontal axis and the number on the vertical axis. The sharpness of the image on a display depends on the resolution and the size of the monitor.
Some of the most common resolutions that can be used for each aspect ratio are the following: 4:3 aspect ratio resolutions: 640×480, 800×600, 960×720, 1024×768, 1280×960, 1400×1050, 1440×1080, 1600×1200, 1856×1392, 1920×1440, and 2048×1536.
TV resolution is the number of pixels displayed on your TV that form the picture. Manufacturers present measurements as width x height, and the more pixels a screen has, the more detailed the picture. As well as the numbers, you'll also see resolutions referred to by names such as High Definition, UHD, 4K and 8K.
Display resolution For example, 1024×768 refers to a display capable of 1,024 pixels in width and 768 pixels in height. Another specification given is aspect ratio, this refers to the ratio between the width and the height of the display.
Display resolution This is used to specify the capabilities of video cards and computer displays (screen resolution). For example, 1024×768 refers to a display capable of 1,024 pixels in width and 768 pixels in height.
all feature the same 1024×768 resolution. Larger size plasmas (50 inches and up) use square plasma pixels and offer resolutions of 1366×768 pixels or 1920×1080 pixels (1080p). But in the 42-inch size, 1024×768 is the most common HDTV resolution. And 1080p is not “better” than 720p.
An image with 640×480 resolution will be displayed on a monitor as 640/72=8.9 inches by 480/72=6.7 inches, or 8.9 × 6.7 inches in size. Therefore, an image with 640×480 resolution is a good size image to view on a monitor, email to a friend or use on a website.
