Log in to your Zoho Mail account to enable POP access. Launch the Microsoft Outlook application in your system. Click File and select Add Account. Locate and select 'Manual setup or additional server types', and click Next. In the 'Choose Service' page, select 'POP or IMAP', and click Next.
Create a FREE Zoho account Enter a preferred Username for your new@zohomail.com email account. This must be between 6 and 30 characters and can contain letters, numbers, underscores, dot (.). Use minimum of 8 characters, don't use your name or Zoho email address.
