Streamline the signing processes within your company with SignNow. Take advantage of our advanced online platform to increase efficiency and speed up document conclusion by adding multiple signers at once. You can also set up a signing order and be sure that no signatures are missed.

Tap on Upload Document to import the data file you need to be signed:

The Edit Signers option, that you can find on the left side of the screen, allows for managing roles and assigning signers:

Enter the name of the recipient and his or her email to send the signatory request first:

You can use the blue Silhouette icon to add the needed the number of individuals to sign:

Some documents require a special signing order that you can easily set up with SignNow. In Signing Step 1 you need to specify the person who should sign first. Only when the first recipient signs the record, will it be available to the second recipient you specify in Step 2 and so on.

Apply the Save Signers green button when you are done with the set order.

Continue editing your template — drag-n-drop every specific signature field for each signatory party:

You will be redirected to the Document folder automatically. You can find the most recent data file at the upper end of the list. Apply the Invite to Sign feature from the drop-down menu to email docs to signatories:
