Launch Preview from the /Applications/ folder and open the PDF that needs to be converted. Pull down the File menu and select Export (if you mapped Export to the Save As shortcut just hit Command+Shift’S) From the 'Export As' window, click the contextual menu next to Format and choose JPEG
Open Permute. Drag the PDF you'd like to convert into Permute. Once the PDF loads, choose 'JPEG' from the conversion menu. Select the 'Start' button on the bottom left of the window.
Go to the File menu, choose Place, navigate to the file containing your watermark, and click Place at the bottom of the window. Resize your watermark and put it in the position you want. When you're done, hit Return.
