trying to find the right form that was not already filled out. Also you need to add the ability to erase to the lowest membership level. You can do a couple of things such as restrict the number of new forms per month, offer a 1-5 form only fee, or only a 1 month membership fee. In the past 3 years I've used this service only twice now as I am not a business.

I love it for the most part. Just wish I could send a document to a person without knowing their email (ex. directly to their Facebook account) with the ability to view and sign not edit the document. Other than that, it's been great!

Go to https://unifi.ui.com/ and log in with your Ubiquiti SSO credentials. Go to the Devices section and locate the model with the Pending Adoption status. In the Adopt window that will appear, select the controller and the site that will be adopting the device and click Adopt.
Connect the new Ubiquiti AP to your network, using the POE injector if needed. In a few seconds you'll get a list of devices one of them will be the new Unifi AP. Login to Unify controller https://192.168.1.43 . Go to the Devices page and click Adopt next to the newly shown AP.
Click "manage", modify the inform URL and leave the SSH username/password as bunt/ubnt and click "Apply". Open a browser to your Unify Network Controller and you should see the device is “Pending Approval" in the Devices screen. Click on “Adopt".
Be sure to have a network that is of the 192.168. 1. X scheme if you are connecting to the AP using its default IP of 192.168. 1.20.
Launch the UniFi Network Controller through your web browser (Google Chrome is recommended). Click on the Devices tab. All locally connected devices should appear in default state, as pending adoption. If the device displays the action Upgrade, the device is in need of a firmware update.
Click "manage", modify to inform URL and leave the SSH username/password as bunt/ubnt and click "Apply". Open a browser to your Unify Network Controller and you should see the device is “Pending Approval" in the Devices screen. Click on “Adopt".
Step 1: SSH to your Unify radio. ssh to ubnt:192.168. 1.20 (or whatever the IP address is.) Step 2: Reset to defaults. You must reset the AP to defaults before changing the inform ip address. Step 3: Set new inform IP address. Connect to the MCA client.
Verify unify.abc.com resolves correctly in DNS first. Enter unifi.abc.com into the Settings > Controller > Controller Settings > Controller Hostname/IP field. Enable Override inform host with controller hostname/IP. Click Apply Changes.
Find the USG and click the Adopt button. Navigate to Settings > Networks > WAN and edit the network. After the WAN configuration provisions to the USG, plug the USG's WAN port into the ISP modem/router.
In that case, no, you don't need a Unify Security Gateway. You don't need a router, you need a new ISP. Depends on the service. I find that a lot of smaller clients with firewalls don't actually use any features that aren't present on a run-of-the-mill router.
