Add as many signers as you need and enter their email addresses. Move the toggle Set a signing order to enable or disable sending your document in a specific order.

Note: you can change the default signer name (e.g. Signer 1) by clicking on it.

What do you like best?
I can format any of the documents I need signed into pdffiller. Great software, some things are not intuitive You can edit documents, replace text, add fillable fields, etc. Great for documents that are used often and just need a few details changed. "Replace text" can be difficult to use. Also the process of saving a document is kind of clunky.
