There are two ways to add data: Method 1: Using the data supplied by CSV Simply enter a CSV table and a unique identifier, like the number of the invoice from that invoice. Assemble Article There are some limitations with using custom data and adding columns, as shown below: Column names must be unique across all documents Custom columns can only be used on selected rows Method 1: Using the data supplied by CSV In order to use custom data and the column name and number are not unique across all documents, we will use the data supplied by CSV. The following CSV file contains the invoice number and invoice row number of a workbook that can be opened in CSV editor, which you can download for free (you only need the version 1.0.9 or higher, and you may need to download a few other files). Copy data from Assemble_All.csv and paste it into the Assemble_Table column (the field with the table name and the field code is highlighted above).. And best of all, with the Evernote-powered Documents library, you can back up your documents to cloud storage where they'll always be available — even if they're offline.
