Assemble Article: make editing documents online simple

The Assemble Article feature in pdfFiller allows you to easily combine multiple PDF documents into a single cohesive article. Follow these steps to use this feature:

Log in to your pdfFiller account. If you don't have an account, you can sign up for free.

Once you're logged in, click on the 'My Forms' tab at the top of the page.

In the 'My Forms' section, locate the PDF documents that you want to assemble into an article. You can either upload new documents or select existing ones from your account.

After selecting the documents, click on the 'Assemble Article' button.

In the Assemble Article window, you'll see a preview of the selected documents. You can rearrange the order of the pages by dragging and dropping them.

If you want to remove any pages from the article, simply click on the 'X' button next to the page preview.

Assemble Article A unique feature of Assemble Article is the ability to add your own data to documents. There are two ways to add data: Method 1: Using the data supplied by CSV Simply enter a CSV table and a unique identifier, like the number of the invoice from that invoice. Assemble Article There are some limitations with using custom data and adding columns, as shown below: Column names must be unique across all documents Custom columns can only be used on selected rows Method 1: Using the data supplied by CSV In order to use custom data and the column name and number are not unique across all documents, we will use the data supplied by CSV. The following CSV file contains the invoice number and invoice row number of a workbook that can be opened in CSV editor, which you can download for free (you only need the version 1.0.9 or higher, and you may need to download a few other files). Copy data from Assemble_All.csv and paste it into the Assemble_Table column (the field with the table name and the field code is highlighted above).. And best of all, with the Evernote-powered Documents library, you can back up your documents to cloud storage where they'll always be available — even if they're offline.
