A sidebar will appear on the right side of the screen, showing the current log entries for the document. To add a new log entry, click on the 'Add Entry' button.

In the 'Add Entry' dialog box, you can enter the details of the log entry, such as the date, time, description, and any other relevant information. You can also attach files or add comments to the entry.

After entering the necessary information, click on the 'Save' button to add the log entry to the document.

To edit or delete an existing log entry, simply click on the entry in the sidebar and make the necessary changes or click on the 'Delete' button.

You can also filter the log entries by date, user, or keyword using the search bar at the top of the sidebar. This makes it easy to find specific entries or track changes made by a particular user.

If you want to export the log entries for further analysis or reporting, you can click on the 'Export' button to save the log as a CSV file.
