How to Use the Build Transcript Feature in pdfFiller

The Build Transcript feature in pdfFiller allows you to easily create a transcript from a PDF document. Follow these steps to use this feature:

Login to your pdfFiller account. If you don't have an account, you can sign up for free.

Once you're logged in, click on 'My Forms' at the top of the page.

Find the PDF document for which you want to build a transcript and click on it to open it.

In the toolbar on the right side of the screen, click on the 'Build Transcript' button.

A new window will appear with the transcript builder. Here, you can add and edit the transcript text.

To add text to the transcript, simply click on the 'Add Text' button and start typing. You can also copy and paste text from the PDF document.

To edit the transcript text, click on the text you want to edit and make the necessary changes.

You can format the text by using the toolbar options, such as bold, italic, underline, and font size.

If you want to add additional pages to the transcript, click on the 'Add Page' button.

Once you're done building the transcript, click on the 'Save' button to save your changes.

You can download the transcript as a PDF file by clicking on the 'Download' button.

If you need to make further edits to the transcript, you can always go back to the 'Build Transcript' window and make the necessary changes.
