How to Use the Catalog Resolution Feature in pdfFiller

The Catalog Resolution feature in pdfFiller allows you to easily create and manage catalogs of items that can be inserted into your documents. Follow these steps to make the most of this feature:

Access the Catalog Resolution feature by logging into your pdfFiller account and opening the document you want to work on.

Click on the 'Catalog' tab located on the left side of the screen.

To create a new catalog, click on the 'Create New Catalog' button.

Give your catalog a name and click 'Create'.

Now you can start adding items to your catalog. Click on the 'Add Item' button.

Fill in the details of the item, such as its name, description, and price. You can also upload an image for the item if desired.

Once you have added all the necessary information, click 'Save' to add the item to your catalog.

Repeat steps 5 to 7 to add more items to your catalog.

To insert an item from your catalog into your document, click on the 'Catalog' tab again and select the desired catalog.

Browse through the items in the catalog and click on the one you want to insert.

The item will be inserted into your document at the current cursor position. You can move it around and resize it as needed.

To edit or delete an item in your catalog, click on the 'Catalog' tab, select the catalog, and then click on the item you want to modify. Make the necessary changes and click 'Save' to update the item.

To delete a catalog, click on the 'Catalog' tab, select the catalog, and click on the 'Delete' button. Confirm the deletion when prompted.
