In the Rotate PDF tool, you can choose the rotation angle. You can rotate the PDF clockwise or counterclockwise by 90 degrees, or you can flip it horizontally or vertically.

Once you have selected the desired rotation angle, click on the 'Apply' button to rotate the PDF. The rotated version will be saved as a new file, preserving the original file as well.
